DELIVERY, COLLECTION & REFUNDS
DeliveryOur ready to buy bijou collections are available for collection from our Hagley Village studio or we can hand deliver within a 10mile Radius of Hagley at a cost of £10.00. If the recipient is not at home, we will try to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place. If delivery is unsuccessful we will return your flowers to our studio and contact you on the number provided on ordering. We will endeavour to get your flowers to you on the delivery date agreed…. Please contact us for deliveries further afield.

ReFUNDSMuch care goes in to handcrafting your flowers and we hope you love them. No refunds are given, unless damaged in transit. If you do need to contact us regarding damage during transit, please email images to Fiona@astrantiastudio.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your item.
WorkshopsIf you are unable to attend a booked workshop, please advise us with at least one week’s notice. We will try to accommodate you on an alternative date at our discretion. No refunds are given. If we cancel a course, you will be entitled to a full refund.
